We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and property grounds. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, customer-focused, and ready to take pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Asset Manager and Property Managers to help keep buildings and grounds running efficiently.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance, including locks, windows, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and basic electrical work.
- Complete work orders promptly using property management software.
- Conduct property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure buildings remain safe and compliant with applicable codes.
- Assist with general upkeep, repairs, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facility management or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry items over 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
- Must be able to shovel snow.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Weeknights and weekends as needed
- On-call rotation required

Compensation
- $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
